Step 3: Submit documentation
Transcripts and Proof of Degree Completion
Transcripts and documentation verifying degree completion are considered official if submitted in one of the following ways:
- Electronic copies of academic documents sent directly from the issuing institution to dap@sauder.ubc.ca. Secure electronic delivery by the issuing institution, where the issuing institution sends a link to a secure site for document download to dap@sauder.ubc.ca is also accepted.

Please note that as DAP staff are working remotely during this time, access to mail is limited and there will be a delay in confirming receipt and reviewing documents that are submitted by mail.
For proof of degree completion:
- Official degree certificates are required from post-secondary institutions if the awarded degree and date of award are not clearly listed on the official transcripts.
- Applicants who are completing their final term of studies (with no more than five courses remaining) of their Bachelor’s degree at a Canadian or US university and are applying for early conditional admission will need to arrange for an official letter of completion from a Faculty Advisor indicating the number of credits outstanding and the anticipated graduation date. If you are unable to submit official documents as above, please contact the UBC DAP office at dap@sauder.ubc.ca.
