This intensive, recruitment-focused program aims to help Sauder students land coveted brand management positions with top global brands. The program is facilitated by Professor Tim Silk and led by alumni marketing professionals who share their insight into what it takes to be successful in the interview process and on-the-job.

Find out if a career in the capital markets and investment banking is right for you. Through a series of applied, in-depth training workshops led by finance professionals, you will gain the industry knowledge and technical skills needed to break into this area.

Many MBA career streams such as consulting and internal change management as well as strategy roles require you to master the art of case interviewing. A case interview is the analysis of a business question. Unlike most other interview questions, it is an interactive process. In this program you will learn how to approach cases, learn different structures and hear from industry professionals about how case thinking has advanced their careers.

This program aims to help you explore career opportunities in the finance sector and prepare for summer recruitment. We offer two mentor program streams: Capital Markets and Commercial Banking. Students are paired with an industry professional and complete a range of activities, including workshops, resume review and interview prep.

With the MBA Mentor Program, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a lasting relationship with an experienced business leader who can help your leadership development. You’ll also gain insight into different industries and business functions, learn about corporate strategy, and see how executives meet difficult challenges.

Deepen your knowledge of product management themes and key frameworks, while exploring potential career paths in this area. Through a series of workshops and activities you’ll get interview tips and advice from experienced professionals to help you advance your career.

The UBC Strategy Consulting Mentorship Program is run by alumni who work in the strategy consulting industry. The program provides high performing students (with solid academic performance and a GMAT of 700+) the opportunity to be interviewed by consulting firms, after successful completion of a mock case.
