Legal Update
All licensees are required to complete one Legal Update course applicable to their area of practice (during each two year registration period) prior to their licence expiry date. If you are licensed to provide more than one service (i.e. trading services and strata management services), you are still only required to complete one Legal Update course.
Anti-Money Laundering in Real Estate
To renew a licence on or after April 1, 2020, all licensees are required to complete the Anti-Money Laundering in Real Estate course. Students do not have to take this course more than once.
Ethics for the Real Estate Professional
To renew a licence on or after October 1, 2020, all licensees are required to complete the Ethics for the Real Estate Professional course.
Remedial Education
BCFSA Remedial Education
The Remedial Education courses are designed for those individuals who have been required to complete a remedial course of studies either by the BC Financial Services Authority pursuant to Section 43-2(f) of the Real Estate Services Act or by consent order.
